Professional Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaning
SAWA ultrasonic cleaning systems use high-frequency sound waves to create microscopic cavitation bubbles throughout the cleaning solution. These bubbles implode against stencil surfaces and inside apertures, loosening and removing flux residue, solder paste and contamination with consistent, repeatable results.
TCSPCB supplies three SAWA models covering different throughput and environmental requirements — from the high-capacity SC-5000GBS to the eco-hybrid Ecobrid SC-AH600. Specification sheets are available on request.
