TCSPCB — trading as Laser Stencil Technology (Pty) Ltd — is a professional specialist supplier operating from Midrand, South Africa. We supply laser-cut SMT stencils, precision metal parts, stencil frames, ultrasonic cleaning systems and printed circuit boards to contract manufacturers and OEMs across the country.

Laser cutting produces apertures with significantly tighter tolerances than chemical etching alone. Our LPKF YAG laser system achieves ±4 µm axial precision across the full 600 mm × 600 mm working area — consistent performance on every stencil, every time.

Trapezoidal apertures with an 8 µm taper are machined into each stencil, providing optimal solder paste release characteristics. This results in clean, complete paste deposits and reduced bridging, skipping and defect rates in production.

Unlike chemical etching, laser cutting produces no grain structure or hardness changes in the stainless steel foil. Combined with a vacuum table for burr-free parts, same-day prototyping is achievable without expensive tooling costs.
